Mary "Dolly" Yolanda Prylich, born January 20, 1930 joined her loving husband, Joseph in rest on July, 16, 2021. Mary was born in Fairview, NJ to Carlo and Maria Dogali. She was a 1947 graduate of Cliffside Park High School. Mary completed her certification for Licensed Practical Nurses for Charge Nurse responsibilities in nursing homes, extended care, and related facilities on April 2, 1970 and went on to complete licensing as a Registered Nurse July 12, 1978. She attended Gulf Coast Community College where she graduated with honors and was a member of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Mary practiced nursing locally providing compassionate care to those in need. In 1987, Mary moved to New York and married her husband, Joseph. Mary and Joseph moved back to the area in 2002.

Throughout Mary's time on earth, she centered her life around her faith and charity toward others. She was a member of St. John's the Evangelist Catholic Church where she was active in the Earthen Vessels Prayer Group as well as being a Eucharistic Minister and ministering to the sick.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her brothers, Emilio (twin), Matthew, and Dominic. She is survived by her 4 children, Georgette Kortz, James Hines and wife Althea, Laura Bell, and Victoria Kaye. In addition, Mary is survived by 10 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

The family invites friends and relatives to celebrate Mary at Mass at St. John's Catholic Church, 1008 Fortune Ave. at 1 PM on Saturday, July 24th with internment to follow at Kent Forest Funeral Cemetery at 2403 Harrison Ave. A reception will be held at the St. John's parish hall at 4 PM following internment to receive family and friends.
