Michael Edward Garrett

Michael E. Garrett (Twitch) was born April 27, 1983 and passed away on September 7, 2019 at the age of 36 years old. He was employed by Jerry Pybus Electric. He is preceded in death in death by stepfather, Edgar Giese. He is survived by his mom, Edie Giese of Panama City, FL and dad, Aubrey Garrett of Panama City, FL; sisters, Angela McSwain (Matthew McSwain), Lizandra Taylor (Chad Taylor), Stephanie Justice; brothers, Tony Garrett, Shawn Winters (Lisa Winters), Steven Justice, Ricahrd Wade and Matthew Parker (Brittany Gilreath), nephews, Logan McSwain, Ryan Taylor, Landen Taylor; nieces, Aria Taylor, Emmagrace Winters, Addiebell Winters, Scullette Parker; uncle, Edward E. Windham, Jr., Louie L. White; aunt, Cora Adaway and many cousins. Pallbearers will be Shawn Winters, Steven Justice, Richard Wade, Matthew Parker, Chad Taylor, Ryan Taylor. Sunday, September 15th will be the viewing for the family from 5-6 pm. The friends and public will be held from 6-8pm. The funeral is Monday, September 16th at 10 am. Both will be heldat: Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 2403 Harrison Ave., Panama City, FL 32405. Michael was the life at any party. He was kind, funny, talented and would always lend a helping hand.
