Michael Gene Lisenby

Michael Gene Lisenby, 56, a life-long resident of Panama City, passed away at his home in Panama City on April 4, 2019. He was born June 26, 1963 in Panama City and graduated from Bay High School in 1982. He worked for Lisenby Nursery and Outdoor for the past several years. Mike was the son of the late George and Myrtis Lisenby. He is also preceded in death by a brother, Cody Lisenby. Mike was a big sports and music enthusiast who loved golf, NASCAR, the Miami Dolphins and Hurricane football team and especially loved his family. Left to cherish his memories are his brother, Amos & wife Deborah Lisenby; sister, Frances & husband Frank Odom as well as several nieces and nephews, cousins and many, many friends. Graveside funeral services will take place 10 am Saturday at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery. Following the service, friends will be invited to the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home where a reception and Celebration of Mike’s life will take place.
