Michael Patrick Rowan

Michael Patrick Rowan passed away Monday November 28th, 2022.

He was born in Crestview, Florida on June 27th, 1964. He lived the majority of his life in Bay County, Florida.  

He is survived by his mother, Linda Elmore Carver. He was his mother’s rebel Gypsy child ♥. He is preceded in death (November 2, 2022) by his stepfather, Joe Carver of Altha, FL.

He is also survived by 2 sisters: Angie Wall and husband John, and Traci Mayo.  He is survived by his children: Christopher, Sara, and Kyle.  He is also survived by his Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and his Niece.

Funeral services will be held at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home, 2403 Harrison Avenue, Panama City, FL 32405 on December 17th at 11:00 a.m. Family will receive visitors 30 minutes prior to the service.

Interment will follow at Garden of Memories cemetery on 15th Street following the service.
