Mildred W McQuinn, passed away on November 9, 2021 in Panama City, FL. She was born in 1923 in Evergreen, AL, She married her love of her life William McQuinn in 1944 and they were married for 60 years before his passing in 2004. She was a member of the National Beta Club as well as the American National Red Cross. Mildred attended Gulf Coast Junior College from 1967 to 1969 and received her teaching certificate in 1971. She worked as an ESL teacher at Tom P Haney Vocational Center and was a substitute teacher for Callaway Elementary School. After retiring from teaching in the 80's she loved spending time with her family and friends, Mildred had a passion for line dancing and preformed with a group of other elderly ladies in a group known as the Silver Liners. In addition she was affectionately known as the Queen of Karaoke. Her favorite song she preformed was Cowboy Sweetheart and she enjoyed yodeling as well. Mildred is survived by her children Marcy Corse(Dean) and William McQuinn (Flo); grandchildren Sam Middleton, Sandra Middleton, Robert Morgan, Grace Williams, Lynda Knapp, Kevin Knapp, Beth Morgan- Best, Jason Best, Justin Morgan, Praphaphorn Morgan; great- grandchildren Taylor Bausenwein, Ryugi Williams, Chrystal Davenport, Trent Davenport, Diana Knapp, Aurelia Knapp, Clark Knapp, Gideon Best, Victoria King, Jetta-Belle Morgan; and one great great grandchild Emi Williams.
