Patricia A. (Scott) Eads, 74, of Panama City, Florida passed away Thursday, September 28, 2017 at a local care center.
Patricia was born in Panama City in 1943 and graduated from Bay High School in 1961.
Patricia cared for her husband for 7 years with his long battle of cancer in their young years. She was a manager in the hospitality industry in the local area for over 30 years. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and her dog “Prince Charming” and enjoyed playing bingo on her time off.
She is preceded in death by her loving husband Marvin Eads which she married on December 8, 1961; parents David Freeman Scott and Ellaphaire Pridgen; sisters Jean Moran, Lois Ziglar, Elouise Brookins, and Carolyn Ritter.
She is survived by her children William “Bill” Eads (Kelly) and James “Mike” Eads (Kathy); longtime friend Carol Scott; grandchildren Shannon Hagen, Natasha Eads, David Nelms, William Eads, Jr., Alicia Volk (Joey), Kirstie Graves (Chase), and Bradley Eads; great grandchildren Nevaeh Eads, Braden Nelms, S. J. Lindley, Easton and Wyatt Graves.
Graveside services will be held 11 A.M. Thursday, October 5, 2017 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Bay County Humane Society.
