Patricia "Pat" Whitley

Patricia “Pat” Whitley, 80, of Lynn Haven, Florida passed away Tuesday, November 5, 2019.

Pat was a registered nurse in her early working career, after marriage she became a dedicated Navy wife, traveled the world with her husband and devoted to raising her two boys. In her later years, Pat was co-owner and vice president of Panama City Tile, which she ran for 20 years beside her husband. She was an active member of Hiland Park United Methodist Church and served as the church treasurer, as well as treasurer of the Lynn Haven Heritage Society.

She is preceded in death by her loving husband Joe K. Whitley of 50 years.

She is survived by her children John J.K. Whitley (Eva) and Bryan W.C. Whitley; brothers Billy Alton, Cecil “Duffy” Alton (Ieda), and David Alton (Ann); grandchildren John Whitley (Katie) and Jennifer Mejia (Josue.)

A life, so beautiful, deserves a special celebration. Please join us to celebrate the life of Patricia "Pat" Whitley.  Let us share in her friendships and experiences that we were all blessed to have had. Rejoice the happy times, enjoy some good eats and raise a glass with cheer to toast the life of a very special person.

Celebration of Life will he held 3:30 P.M. – 6:30 P.M Wednesday, November 13, 2019. at Schooners 5121 Gulf Drive Panama City Beach, FL 32408.
