PAUL A. REID

Paul A. Reid, 95, of Panama City, passed away July 10, 2021, at Brookdale Assisted Living. Paul was a native of Cool Springs, NC, and lived in Panama City since 1972, moving here from Alabama. He was an US Army Air Corps veteran of WWII, and worked over 30 years with Boyd Brothers Printing Company. Paul had formerly been a member of the Moose Lodge, Masonic Lodge, and Shaddai Shrine Temple. He was a member and former deacon of Covenant Presbyterian Church. Paul was preceded in death by his wife of 62 years, Lottie, and a son Jonothan Reid.

Survivors include a son, Bruce Reid (Patricia) of Panama City; his grandchildren, Amy Nicole Huggins (Michael) of Granbury, TX; Scott Alexander Reid of Hartford, AL; Marie Hood (David) of Gainesville, GA and Jason Klingensmith (Stacy) of Panama City; 8 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Saturday, July 17, 2021, at Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Interment with honors offered by the US Air Force will follow. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from noon until 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Covenant Care.
