PEGGY RUTH HARLESS

Peggy Ruth Harless, 69, of Panama City, passed away March 20, 2020. Peggy was a native of Madison, West VA, and lived in Panama City since 1979. She worked as a manager at GoldCo for 23 years. Peggy enjoyed being outdoors, working in her flower garden, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Toss and Neal (Kirby) Miller.

Survivors include her husband, Jerry Harless, Sr.; her sons, Jerry Harless, Jr. (Holly) of DeFuniak Springs, FL and Todd Harless (Beth) of Panama City; her siblings who all live in West Va., Janiece Green, Jo-Anne Sanders, Linda Halstead , Dona Canterberry, Charles Varney, Doug Miller, Roger Miller, Harold Miller, Scotty Miller and Mark Miller; her grandchildren, Ryan and Sarah Harless and Joe and Jordan Harless.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date. The family will receive friends at Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel Thursday, March 26, 2020, from 5:00 until 7:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the March of Dimes, 555 Winderley Pl, #105, Maitland, FL 32751.
