Ray Howard Stanley Jr.

Ray Howard Stanley, Jr., 45 a life-long resident of Panama City, passed away August 10, 2017 at Covenant Care Hospice. Ray was born January 28, 1972 and remained in Panama City being very active and a prominent figure in Panama City’s Community Theater productions as an actor, singer and director. He is a graduate of Rutherford High School and attended Gulf Coast College where he studied theater. He is survived by his mother, Christie Goins; his grand-mother, Margaret Goins and his uncle, Wayne Goins all of Callaway; his cousins, Tommy, Annette, Sandy & Cleve Brackinridge and his dear friends, Isaac & Rachel Eiland-Hall, Tyler Kent and Nicole. A Time of Gathering and Sharing will take place Tuesday, August 15, 2017 from 6-8 pm at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home.
