ROBIN LYNN BILLS

Robin Lynn Bills, 58, of Panama City, passed away Friday, December 28, 2018. Robin was born in
Norfolk, VA and had lived in Panama City for the last 32 years. Robin was a homemaker and enjoyed entertaining and decorating for all occasions, especially Christmas and Halloween, to provide happiness for children of all ages. Robin loved life and lived it to the fullest. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Gary Bills, Jr; her children, Gary Bills, III and his wife
Wida, of Grovetown, GA, and Tina Bills, of Panama City, FL; her parents, Robert and Catherine Cocke of Birmingham, AL; her sister, Fonda Cocke of Birmingham; her brother, Ted Cocke of Birmingham; her grandson, Gary Bills, IV of Grovetown, GA; and several nieces and nephews.

A private Celebration of Life will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made
to either the American Diabetes Association or the National Kidney foundation
