San Juanita Lopez

San Juanita Lopez, 71 of Panama City, passed away October 9, 2020 at Gulf Coast Hospital. Juanita was born September 2, 1949 in McAllen, TX to Ambrosio and Maria Salinas and lived in Panama City for the past 30 years. Juanita was a devout Catholic and a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church who enjoyed quilting, crocheting and creating her own jewelry. She is preceded in death by her parents and two brothers, Ambrosio Salinas, Jr and Ricardo Salinas. Juanita was united marriage to her husband of over 50 years, Ephraim G. Lopez who resides in Panama City. She is also survived by her children, Angela Marie Lopez of Panama City, Annette (Michael) Lopez-Patterson of Panama City and Ephraim “Frankie” Lopez of Panama City Beach; her brother, Roberto (Carol) Salinas of Arvada, CO and her grandchildren, Naussica and Christen Patterson both of Panama City. Friends will be received Thursday from 6-8 pm at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home where a Rosary will be recited that evening at 7:30 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated 2:00 pm Friday at St. Dominic Catholic Church. Private interment will follow the Mass at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
