Shannah Lisa Turner-Neese

Shannah Lisa (Turner) Neese, 42 of Southport, passed away Monday, July 9, 2018 at Bay Medical Center. Shannah was born September 30, 1975 in Panama City to Kenneth Turner and Toni Henderson and remained a life-long resident of Bay County. She is survived by her companion, Mark McQuagge of Southport; her children, Brianna Lammers and her husband, Levi of Panama City and Brenton Bell of Orlando; her mother, Toni Henderson of Knoxville, TN; her father, Kenny Turner of Orlando; her half-sisters, Dahrian Johns of Panama City and Delaney Johns of Knoxville; her grandchildren, Skyler & Dillon; her aunt, Nancy Brown of Panama City and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Friends will be received Thursday from 6-8 pm at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home where funeral services will take place Friday at 3pm. Pallbearers will be Mitchell Hall, Jimbo Malloy, David Bayless, Randy Thompson, Colby Brown, Billy Goodmen and Jeremy Eleam. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery.
