Sherrill Roberta Stone Timm, 84, died peacefully at her home in Panama City, Fla., on Sunday, Nov. 15, 2020, with her beloved husband, Charles, at her side.

Born Sept. 15, 1936, in Jackson, Mich., to Dorothy Rosalia Collia Stone and Henry John Solecki, Sherrill had four siblings, Pat, Jackie, Danny and Mike.

Sherrill became a homemaker and mother to Beth, Michelle, John and Henry, and she was active in her children’s lives as a Girl Scout troop leader and a PTA and school volunteer.

After Charles retired early from the phone company, he and Sherrill moved their permanent residence to Panama City while spending summers at their cottage on Crooked Lake in Michigan.

She was a devoted grandmother to Mary and Kellye Owen; Keith and Kenneth Merryfield and Kari Miller; Danielle, Mikayla and Leah Timm; and Sophia and Genevieve Timm.

She was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Jenny Timm.
