Steve Thorne

Steve Thorne, 72, of Panama City, Florida died Friday February 15th, 2019 peacefully with his family by his side. He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Connie H. Thorne of Panama City, Florida; son, Michael H. Thorne of Foley Alabama; daughters, Melissa J. Garner of Panama City, Florida, and Crystal M. Thorne of Panama City, Florida; and four grandchildren.

He had a great life as a young man skiing the Alps of Switzerland, Ranger Scouts, and joining the US Navy right out of high school. He enjoyed fishing, traveling, and in his later years found Solitude in working outside with his wife.

A graveside service will be held Wednesday, February 20th, 2019 at 2 p.m. at Evergreen memorial. Family will receive friends from 12:30 until 1:30 p.m. in the mausoleum at Kent Forest Lawn.
