Tammy Sue Garrett

Tammy Sue Garrett, 62 of Panama City, passed away July 23, 2020 at Gulf Coast Regional Hospital. Tammy was born January 3, 1958 in St. Albans, VT to Travis and Betty (LaCross) Garrett. Tammy managed the family business, Outrigger Lounge for many years and retired in 2014. She was a loving daughter, sister, grandmother and friend. She had a heart of gold and would help any person anyway she could. From an early age, she was always a character and life of the party. Her grandchildren were the light of her life. She is proceeded in death by her mother, Betty Garrett and father, Travis Garrett and her nephew Travis C. Garrett. Tammy is survived by her sons, Dustin (Sadie) Roache and Brent Williams; her grandchildren, Riley Roache and Ryland O’Neil; her brother, Mike Garrett; her sisters, Bonnie Garrett and Tracey Carr; her nieces, Lisa Churchwell and Melissa Smith; her nephews, Chris Carr, Jonathan Carr and Stephen Carr as well a host of loving relatives and friends. Friends will be received 6-8 pm Monday at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home where funeral services will take place 10 am Tuesday. Interment will follow the service at Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
