Tammy Lisenby

Tammy Lynne Lisenby, 48 of Panama City, passed away February 11, 2019 at her home. Tammy was born May 20, 1970 in Panama City to Cody and Evelyn (Duncan) Lisenby and remained in Panama City for most of her life. Tammy worked at various restaurants throughout the Panama City area and is a graduate of Oconee County High School in Watkinsville, GA, Class of ’88. She is preceded in death by her father, Cody Lisenby and is survived by her mother, Evelyn (Lee) Wagner of Las Vegas, NV; her daughter, Victoria (Marco) Lara of Panama City; her son, Elijah (Kelsey Lewis) Hector of Panama City; her sisters, Diane Heffner of Clover, SC, Stacey Peacock of Athens, GA and Shannon Lisenby of Panama City; her aunt, Frances Odom of Panama City; her uncle, Mike Lisenby of Panama City; grandchildren, Briella Lara and Elias Hector; her long time companion, Clay Hector and long time friend, Steve Edwards both of Panama City.
