Terry E. Smith, 70, of Panama City, Florida passed away Sunday, February 2, 2020 at a local hospital.

Terry retired after 21 years in the U.S. Navy and was a member of St. Andrew Masonic Lodge. Terry was an avid fisherman and hunter.

He is survived by his loving wife Jo M. Smith; children Ralph E Lasso, Jr. (Donna) and Scott J. Lasso (Sarah Beth); sister Diane Smith; 7 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 6, 2019 at Kent- Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Family will receive friends 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
