TIMOTHY PATRICK IVERS

Timothy Patrick Ivers, 84, of Greenhead, passed away March 19, 2020. Tim was born in Hempstead, NY, and lived in Bay and Washington counties for the last 33 years, moving here from Long Island, NY. He served 49 years in law enforcement with the Nassau County, NY Police Department and the Naval Coastal Systems Lab Security Department. Tim was a parishioner at St. Theresa Catholic Church in Sunny Hills. He enjoyed sketching and drawing, playing the bagpipes, and spending time with family and friends. Tim was preceded in death by a daughter-in-law, Michelle Ivers.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Ann Gorman Ivers; his children, Timothy Ivers (Maria) of Huntington Station, NY, Michael Ivers of Unadilla, NY, Mary Becker (Michael) of Panama City Beach and Matthew Ivers of Ocala, FL; a brother, Joseph Ivers of Salisbury, MD; his sister, Nora Ivers of Uniondale, NY; and 9 grandchildren.

A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
