Vivian Elaine Gibson

Vivian “Vicky” Elaine (Palmer) (Croom) Gibson, age 62, a resident of Panama City, went to be with her Lord, peacefully on July 10th, 2019. She was born December 26, 1956 in Bartow, Florida to Frances (Snell) (Croom) Butrum and Chevis Braxton Palmer. She was legally adopted by and referred to Wesley Lafayatte Croom as her father. 
 
Vicky is survived by two sisters: Lavinea Gail (Palmer) (Croom) Sandlin of Datil, NM and Lillian Jeylene (Palmer) (Croom) Wentworth of Live Oak, FL and her daughter, Tiffany Williams of Lake City, FL. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren. Shelby Wentworth (Jon), Matthew Wentworth (Jessica), Taylor Wentworth (Jordan), and Alyssa Williams. Her mother Frances Butrum of Indiana and her father Wesley Croom of Bronson, Fl. 
 
Vicky was an avid writer and shared her wonderful sense of humor with those around her. She was also willing to help others when she was able and enjoyed volunteering in the community. She enjoyed reading, writing and cooking and she was an avid animal lover. She also enjoyed spending time with her church family in Panama City.


A private memorial service for family will be held in Florida.
