Voncile Stephens

Voncile Stephens, age 94, passed away Saturday, August 6, 2022 in Panama City, Florida.  She was born in Defuniak Springs, Florida to the late Bullie and Matilda Spence.  She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, James Leroy Stephens. Voncile was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church where she taught Sunday school, sang in the church choir, and was active in the Food Committee. Her bread pudding was legendary. She leaves her cherished memories to her loving daughters: Pamela Morrison (Ted Jackson) and Linda Dasher (Sammy); grandchildren: Traci Dasher, Matthew Dasher, Stephanie Emanuel, Christopher Riley (Leah), Michael Morrison (Sabrina), Michelle Morrison, and Jessica and Christian Riley; great-grandchildren: Jordan Ivey (Kristina), Corey Eaton (Cayla); great-great-grandchildren: Sophia Eaton, Zarah Eaton, and Anastasia Eaton, Nora Ivey, and Lialana Shaner; nieces: Marie Vagle, Carolyn Buchanan, and Debra Kelsey; nephew, Doyle Spence; special cousins: James and Sarah Adkinson.
