Funeral services for Voward Barnes, 87, of Panama City, will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, April 7, 2021, at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Sandy Hathaway officiating. Entombment will follow at Garden of Memories Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until service time at 10:00.
