HOWARD THOMAS TATE

Howard Thomas Tate, 49, of Panama City, passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at his home. He was a native and life long resident of Panama City, and was a construction worker. Howard loved to fish, and enjoyed his work.

Survivors include his son, Thomas; his girlfriend Sheila; father, Frank, Sr.; his brother, Frank, Jr.; sisters, Michelle (Jeff), and Patricia (John); 5 aunts, 4 uncles, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

No services are planned; memorilization will be by cremation.
