Jim H Watson

Jim Watson, Sr., 71, of Southport, Florida passed away Monday, February 5, 2018 at his residence.

Jim was a lifelong resident of Bay county and retired after 30 years of service from International Paper. He enjoyed gardening, loved fishing, and if he wanted something Jim would build it.

He is preceded in death by his parents; stepfather; two brothers and three sisters.

He is survived by his loving wife Dianne Austin Watson of 52 years; children Jim Watson Jr. and Pam Page (Marvin); sisters Nuna Still and Melba Mewborn; grandchildren Steven Watson and Austin Page; numerous nieces and nephews; three fur babies April, Lexie, and Mayce.

Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home. Family will receive friends 12:00 P.M. – 1:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
