Martha Ann Brogdon, 85, of Panama City, Florida passed away Tuesday, February 13, 2018.
Mrs. Brogdon was a resident of Panama City for 66 years. She was a lifelong member of St Andrew Baptist Church, member of the Gleaners Sunday school class and member of Sears ret. group. She retired from Sears department store as an Interior decorator for over 20 years. Martha preferred the outside to the inside, enjoyed being in her yard, she loved all animals but especially dogs and her feral cats. Martha loved bragging about her grandchildren and her great grandchildren. She loved being in charge and has left a big hole in our hearts. She will certainly be missed and has left a big mark in this world.
She is preceded in death by her loving spouse Edwin Davis Brogdon; son Rev. J. Craig Brogdon.
She is survived by her daughter Brenda Adams of Pensacola, FL; daughter- in -law Terri Brogdon of Jacksonville, FL.; sister-in-law Eleanor Savage of Panama City, FL. ; grandchildren Jeremy Adams (Megan), Daniel Brogdon ( fiancée Caitlen Freeman), and Phillip Brogdon; great grandchildren Brayden Adams, Grace Brogdon and Sawyer Brogdon.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 P.M. Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Kent Forest Lawn Funeral Home with Rev. Rick Mitchell officiating. . Family will receive friends 11:00 A.M. – 12:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
