I am so, so sorry to hear of Nick's passing. He has been a tremendous help to me over the years-always quit to answer all of my questions and so pleasant to speak with. He was a very sweet man. It won't be the same calling BCAR MLS going forward. My prayers go out to his family and friends.

Nick was one of the first members of Board I met when I joined the Bay County Association of Realtors almost 14 years ago. I didn't realize until today that he had just joined the Board himself. He seemed so knowledgeable and sure of himself. Over the years Nick has been the one that called me out when we put something in the MLS wrong, but he was always the one I called on to help me when I ran into a problem I could not solve. He would always take the time to help me and made the solution so simple I was embarrassed that I had called. I was reminded every day of Nick because every time I saved a link, Nick's name would pop up on my screen. Nick was a great man and a good friend and we will all miss him

As a many term MLS Committee volunteer member, Chariman and finally as co-worker in the MLS Department with Nick, I have first hand knowledge of how well he did his job and the dedication he gave to all Bay County Association of REALTORS® members. He could be the gentle trainer of new members learning to use the MLS program or the bulldog making sure that everyone was following the same rules.

Beyond being excellent at his job, it was obvious the Nick loved his family and enjoyed all family gatherings, whether they were large or small and whether they were at his home or in America's Northeast, where many of his family still lived.

Condolences to all who are hurting at our loss of Nick. He will be missed and remembered.
