Stephanie Lauren Koslow

Stephanie Lauren Koslow, 28, of Panama City passed away Sunday, September 24, 2017 at Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa. Stephanie was born September 22, 1989 in Shelbyville, KY to W. Vincent and Penny (McDaniel) Weis. She is a graduate of Springboro High School, Class of ’07 and received her Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from Wright State University. She was united in marriage on June 24, 2012 to her husband, Michael, who resides in Panama City. Stephanie is also survived by her daughter, Sarah; her parents, W. Vincent & Penny Weis, Jr. of Tamarac, FL; her paternal grandparents, Willard and Janet Weis, Sr. of Maumee, OH; her maternal grandparents, Leon & Joyce McDaniel of Macon, GA; and her brother, Matthew Weis of Dayton, OH. Friends will be received 6-8 pm Thursday, October 5, 2017 at the Kent-Forest Lawn Funeral Home. A Mass of Christian Burial will be Celebrated 10 am Friday at St. Dominic Catholic Church. Inurnment will follow the Mass at the Catholic Cemetery in Panama City, FL. Because family was most important to Stephanie, in lieu of flowers please use the money for a special night with your family.
