ESTELLE MORRELL DUCK

Estelle Morrell Duck, 74, of West Bay, passed away Monday, July 17, 2017. Estelle lived in Ebro and West Bay her entire life. She was Baptist by faith, and worked as a housekeeper for over 30 years. Estelle was plain-spoken, carefree and genuine through and through. She was a wonderful wife, mother, and Nanny who loved spending time with her family. Estelle was preceded in death by her son, Robert Earl Duck.

Survivors include her husband of 58 years, Bobby Duck, Jr.; her children, Lydia Duck Rush of Destin, David Duck of West Bay and Charlotte Duck Kadel and husband James of West Bay; a brother, Clifton Morrell and wife Christine of Vernon; her grandchildren, David Dockery, Jamie Kadel, Jacob Kadel and Robby Rush; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will begin at 11:00 AM Thursday, July 20, 2017, at the West Bay Baptist Church with Rev. Leon Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow at West Bay Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the West Bay Baptist Church Wednesday evening from 5:00 until 7:00 PM. Asked to serve as pallbearers are David Dockery, Jacob Kadel, Robby Rush, Mike Jacobs, James Jacobs and John Adams.
